3. Course refunds

3.1 Standard courses

  • Full refunds are available within two days of purchase if:
    • You have not completed more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content
    • You have not downloaded more than twenty percent (20%) of course materials
    • You have not received a completion certificate
  • Partial refunds of fifty percent (50%) are available within seven days of purchase if:
    • You have completed between twenty (20%) and fifty percent (50%) of the course content
    • You can demonstrate the course significantly differs from its description
  • No refunds are available if:
    • More than seven days have passed since purchase
    • You have completed more than fifty percent (50%) of the course content
    • You have received a completion certificate
    • You have violated our Terms of Service

3.2 Premium or specialized courses

  • Premium courses may have specific refund policies that differ from standard courses

  • Where not explicitly stated, the standard course refund policy applies

3.3 Free Trial conversions

  • If you purchase a course after a free trial period, the refund period begins on the date of purchase, not the start of the trial
  • Trial periods do not extend the refund window

4. Subscription refunds

4.1 monthly subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • No partial month refunds are available

4.2 Annual subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded within seven days of purchase or renewal
  • After seven days, refunds are prorated based on the unused portion minus a ten percent (10%) administrative fee
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms

4.3 Automatic renewals

  • You will be notified at least seven days before automatic renewal
  • Cancellations made before the renewal date prevent charges
  • Renewal charges are subject to the same refund policy as initial subscriptions

5. Certificate Fees

  • Certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued
  • If a certificate contains errors caused by our system, we will correct it at no charge
  • If a certificate has not been issued, fees may be refundable within two days of payment

6. Bundle and package refunds

  • Refunds for bundled products are calculated based on the unused/eligible items
  • If a discount was applied to the bundle, refunds are calculated based on the discounted per-item price
  • Partial bundle refunds may affect the pricing of remaining items

    7.1 Live webinars

    • Full refunds available up to eight hours before the scheduled start time
    • No refunds after the webinar has begun
    • Recordings of missed webinars are provided when available

    • Full refunds available up to two days before the workshop
    • 50% refund available between two and five days before the workshop
    • No refunds within two days of the workshop
